Job Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you must have the ability to craft engaging content, stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, etc.).

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage customer relationships through social media channels.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to generate sales and increase brand awareness.

  • Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
