We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of an Office Manager.

Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a technically proficient and detail-oriented Office Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing technical support, and ensuring our team has the resources they need to succeed.

Specs:
Location - On-Site at Lekki Phase 1
Employment Type - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure VPN devices, ensuring all employees are properly equipped for their roles.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as necessary.

  • Maintain and update internet subscriptions and other essential services.

  • Provide technical support for software including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and other office tools.

  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of office workstations and technology.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and system access.

  • Monitor and address any technical issues that arise, providing training to staff as needed.

  • Maintain office security protocols, including managing access control systems.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Support executive team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.

  • Act as a liaison between the office and external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

  • Monitor office expenses and budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and other office software.

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High level of dedication, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
